What You'll Do



You will play a central role in managing the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality workplace environment. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will support the execution of operational priorities while maintaining strong oversight of facilities, vendor performance, and workplace services.



This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to independently manage multiple operational processes while responding quickly to evolving business needs. You will contribute to creating a safe, well-functioning, and engaging office environment that supports both employees and clients.



WHAT YOU’LL DO



· Manage day-to-day office operations including facilities, housekeeping, security, transportation, and pantry services.



· Support the Operations Manager in executing site-level operational priorities and initiatives.



· Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of the physical workspace, partnering with vendors and conducting quality checks.



· Act as a liaison with building management for infrastructure-related requirements (HVAC, electrical, lighting, repairs).



· Oversee vendor performance across services, ensuring service quality, compliance, and timely issue resolution.



· Manage office space planning, seating arrangements, and support office moves or reconfigurations.



· Track and manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reporting with accuracy and timeliness.



· Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, ensuring availability of essential workplace resources.



· Support planning and execution of office events, internal engagements, and client visits in collaboration with stakeholders.



· Ensure implementation of office safety and security protocols, including emergency preparedness and training coordination.
