We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst to join our Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in automation testing, with strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze requirements and user stories to design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts.
  • Execute and maintain regression automation suites to ensure product stability.
  • Monitor daily smoke test executions and promptly investigate and resolve failures.
  • Design, automate, and execute load and performance test scripts.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore stakeholders to address issues identified during automation execution.
  • Proactively suggest, design, and implement enhancements to the automation framework.
  • Ensure automation best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently followed.
     

Core / Must‑Have Skills:


  • Strong hands-on experience in implementing automation frameworks, preferably Data‑Driven and/or BDD (Cucumber), with a solid understanding of framework architecture.
  • Excellent proficiency in Core Java, including OOP concepts, along with Selenium and test automation framework development.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, QA processes, and industry-standard terminologies.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor or support other team members when required.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
  • Good experience writing medium to complex SQL queries based on business requirements.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools is an added advantage.
     

Good‑to‑Have Skills:


  • Exposure to performance testing using JMeter or similar tools.
  • Experience with Playwright automation.
