Who you are: 

You are a seasoned Salesforce engineer with over a decade of hands-on development experience, capable of leading technical design and guiding teams. You thrive at the intersection of complex business requirements and elegant platform solutions, and you bringa track recordof delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce applications withhigh standardsof quality and performance.

What you will be doing: 

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components(LWC), Flows, and platform capabilities

  
  

• Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical designs on the Salesforceplatform

  
  

• Build andmaintaincustom business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, and asynchronous processing

  
  

• Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

  
  

• Review code, enforce development best practices, and ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability

  
  

• Contribute to platform-level initiatives such as security controls, non-functional requirements, and CI/CD improvements

  
  

• Support release planning, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with platform and delivery leadership

  
  

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis

  
  

• Mentor and guide developers and support technical knowledge sharing

  
  

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data governance standards, and platform limits

  
  

Requiredexperience andskills: 

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

  
  

• Strongexpertisein Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing, and integrations

  
  

• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and governor limits

  
  

• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud

  
  

• Hands-on experience with development and DevOps tools (VS Code, Git, JIRA, Azure DevOps)

  
  

•  Proven ability to lead technical discussions and design reviews

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

  
  

• Salesforce Platform Developer II

  
  

• Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer

  
  

• Salesforce Certified Sales CloudConsultant
