As part of the Enterprise Regulatory Reporting organization, this role contributes to delivering critical regulatory reporting capabilities that support the firm's compliance obligations with the U.S. Federal Reserve and other regulatory requirements under CAT II and CAT III mandates.


We are seeking highly motivated professionals to drive the design, engineering, and delivery of enterprise regulatory reporting solutions by consolidating data from multiple upstream Systems of Record (SORs) and diverse data sources. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and reliable production of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports while maintaining high standards of data quality, governance, and operational excellence.


Candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional technology and business partners to strengthen the organization's regulatory reporting platform. With a strong focus on Data Engineering, Analytics & Reporting, Platform Ownership, and Engineering Excellence, this role plays a key part in building scalable, resilient, and compliant reporting solutions that support the enterprise's evolving regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end engineering, delivery, and production support of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports.
  • Partner with Finance, Controllership, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and modernize enterprise regulatory reporting platforms using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native technologies.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions by consolidating data from multiple upstream Systems of Record (SORs).
  • Drive platform modernization initiatives by leveraging AI, automation, and engineering best practices to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions, including AI agents, to automate regulatory reporting processes and enhance productivity.
  • Lead report onboarding activities using enterprise processes such as R2CE and RRDD.
  • Ensure platform stability through proactive production support, issue resolution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to support reporting and business insights.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers by providing technical guidance, fostering collaboration, and promoting engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical solutions, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful project delivery.
  • Champion data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance across the reporting ecosystem.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data engineering and data warehousing solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with the Axiom regulatory reporting platform.
  • Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, and Cloud Composer.
  • Experience implementing AI and Generative AI solutions, including AI agents, to automate reporting and operational processes.
  • Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cloud modernization initiatives and building scalable, resilient data platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
