  • Provide technical leadership for reliability, scalability, operability, and cost efficiency across cloud and container platforms.

  • Act as a power user and local authority for standard tooling such as (or similar to) GitHub, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and JFrog Artifactory.

  • Design and implement secure-by-default approaches, including identity integrations (SSO), user/access management, secrets handling, and security scanning.

  • Lead incident troubleshooting and advanced root-cause analysis for escalated issues.

  • Manage, mentor and coach engineers through hands-on guidance, design reviews, and operational practices.

  • Drive team efficiency, AI adoption, operating model maturity, and cross-team collaboration

  • Produce and maintain pragmatic operational documentation such as runbooks and onboarding guides.

  • Engage fully in the agile development process and collaborate with global teams on platform initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Azure experience including Azure Portal usage, governance, and cost management.

  • Kubernetes/AKS experience including Helm-based deployment models.

  • Familiarity with artifact management, build tooling, and DevSecOps practices.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools as part of routine development activities.
