WHAT YOU’LL DO 


We are looking for a motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our development team and help build, improve, and maintain reliable software solutions. In this role, you will work closely with other engineers, PM, designers, business experts, and stakeholders to develop high-quality features that are scalable, well-performing, and easy to maintain. 


You will contribute across the development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring. You enjoy solving problems, learning new technologies, and working in a collaborative team environment where ideas are shared and improved together. 


Key Responsibilities 


  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Android features, from ideation to release and iteration 
  • Collaborate closely with PM, designers, and backend engineers to shape user-centric solutions 
  • Translate product requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-quality technical implementations 
  • Build and maintain intuitive, high-performing UIs using Jetpack Compose 
  • Make architectural decisions that support fast product iteration and long-term scalability 
  • Continuously improve app performance, reliability, and user experience 
  • Use data, user feedback, and experimentation to guide feature improvements 
  • Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices 
  • Mentor and support other Android engineers, raising the overall team quality 
  • Proactively identify product and technical gaps, and suggest improvements 
  • Take ownership of production issues, ensuring fast resolution and minimal user impact 
  • Contribute to improving development workflows, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines 
  • Actively participate in Agile processes and help drive efficient delivery

Requirements 


  • 7+ years of professional Android development experience 
  • Strong experience building and shipping user-facing Android applications at scale 
  • Deep knowledge of Kotlin, including coroutines and Flow 
  • Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development 
  • Strong understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) 
  • Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and modular codebases 
  • Solid understanding of Android SDK, app lifecycle, and performance optimization 
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and handling networking concerns 
  • Familiarity with tools like Retrofit, OkHttp, Room, and DataStore/SharedPreferences 
  • Experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger/Hilt 
  • Strong testing practices (unit tests, UI tests, automation) 
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows(github actions) 
  • Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed and quality 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally 
  • Product mindset with a focus on delivering user value and business impact 
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers
