Continuously adjust and optimize application and infrastructure scaling to meet performance and cost objectives.
Set up, refine, and monitor telemetry dashboards and alerting systems to ensure system health and reliability.
Review and address findings from security tools, ensuring timely remediation and alignment with compliance standards.
Manage updates for critical components (e.g., Dapr, pipelines, Kubernetes) to maintain stability and security.
Act as the initial responder for platform incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution.
Provide operational readiness checks and hands-on support during deployments and post-release stabilization.
Create KQL Queries and handle dead-letter queues to maintain message integrity and flow.
Oversee resource lifecycle (provisioning, decommissioning) and execute FinOps practices to optimize cloud spend.
Completed training or a degree in IT (e.g., IT specialist or IT management)
Enjoy working with cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure) and databases (SQL)
A passion for troubleshooting and analysis
Ideally, experience with Docker, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and related orchestration solutions (Kubernetes)
Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
A high sense of responsibility, strong comprehension skills, and a willingness to learn
Good English skills, Analytical thinking and a structured approach, as well as strong communication skills.
