A day in the life of an Infoscion
* As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
* You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
* You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
* You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines
* Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

*14+ years of SAP Basis experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA
*Hands-on experience managing end-to-end SAP landscapes and third-party tools
*Strong exposure to SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BI, EP, CRM, SRM, SUS, MDM, Web Dispatcher, Solution Manager, SAP JVM
*Proven experience with SAP on hyperscalers - RISE with SAP, ECS, AWS, Azure, GCP
*Strong understanding of SAP cloud architectures, native services, performance monitoring, and optimization
*Extensive experience in SAP RISE migrations, including OS/DB and HANA migrations using SWPM/SUM, with focus on minimizing downtime
*Experience in SAP landscape design, sizing, and technology roadmap definition for S/4HANA programs
*Expertise in HA/DR design, backup & recovery strategies, and SAP Basis operations (upgrades, refreshes, EWA, capacity planning)
*Strong leadership in SAP solution design, SDLC execution, and stakeholder communication
*Ability to analyze technical impact and provide clear, business-aligned recommendations

Infosys is seeking a highly experienced SAP Basis Architect / Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and Cloud-based SAP deployments. The role demands hands-on migration experience, deep technical leadership, and the ability to design, manage, and optimize enterprise SAP landscapes across hyperscalers.
The incumbent will play a critical role in driving SAP transformation programs, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability while working within global delivery and multi-cultural teams.
