You will be part of Mondelēz’s biggest Analytics Team, delivering world-class analytical solutions showcasing global business impact using sophisticated tools and technologies. You will drive Visualization and Data Processing capabilities to the next level by delivering solutions that impact day-to-day productivity. Build trust and credibility with global stakeholders to achieve common organizational goals and targets.

Extensive experience in bringing data together from multiple sources, bring out insights & showcase in an easy-to- understand visualization
· Strong SCM domain knowledge (Supply Chain Management)
· Experience in web app development using React or JS
· Experience in cloud-based BI tools like Amazon Quick Suite
· Experience in Statistical analytical tools and projects
· Experience in using SAP for data extraction or integration
· Good communication skills
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science
Job specific requirements:
· Demonstrated experience in applying analytical techniques to solve complex business problems
· Proven experience in analytics and reporting projects with Cross-Functional and Global stakeholders
· Experience in Visualization Tools (Power BI is a must; Tableau at a basic level; Spotfire is an advantage)
· Experience in Data Management and Processing Tools (SQL and Alteryx are a must; Talend/ R/ Prep is an advantage)
· Experience in web app development tools and projects using Dash (Python); experience in Power Apps and Power Automate is a must; React / JS is an advantage
· Extensive experience in bringing data together from multiple sources, bringing out insights, and showcasing them in an easy-to-understand visualization
· Total relevant experience of 7-9 years
· Demonstrated ability to apply AI/generative AI features within modern BI platforms (Amazon Quick, Databricks)
· Proficiency in Databricks Genie for AI-powered natural language data querying, self-service BI, and configuring Genie Spaces to enable business users to interact with governed data
