Job Title: Project Engineer – IBMS (Data Center Projects)
Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Engineer – IBMS with hands-on experience in executing Data Center projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in IBMS, CFS, CCTV, and Access Control Systems (ACS), with exposure to installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and coordinate IBMS and CFS projects for Data Center facilities.
  • Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of:
    • Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS)
    • CCTV Systems
    • Access Control Systems (ACS)
    • Fire Alarm & Life Safety Systems
  • Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, testing reports, commissioning reports, and handover documents.
  • Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
  • Support site surveys, system integration, and customer acceptance testing activities.
Required Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in IBMS/CFS project execution.
  • Mandatory experience in Data Center projects.
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • IBMS
    • CCTV
    • Access Control Systems (ACS)
    • Fire Alarm Systems
    • Building Automation Systems (BMS)
  • Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage site activities independently.
Preferred Profile
  • Experience working on large-scale Data Center projects.
  • Knowledge of ELV systems integration and commissioning.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as per business requirements
