As a Senior Product Associate in our HR Core Data team, you’ll support end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities, act as the voice of the customer, coordinate discovery, and implement enhancements that provide customer value. You’ll collaborate with global cross‑functional partners to improve the experience of the Core HR module of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud (HCM) and the quality of associated employee data, prioritizing scalability, resiliency, and stability.
The HR Core Data team sits within the HR/Employee Experience (EX) Data & Analytics organization under the Chief Data & Analytics Office, delivering secure data and analytics that improve workforce decisions and employee experiences, in partnership with Analytics Advisors, AI & Research, and BI & Workforce Planning.
Job responsibilities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 5+ years of experience (or equivalent) in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Working knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to contribute across the product life cycle including discovery, ideation, strategy, and value management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Data management skills, with a focus on accuracy and security.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and tools; experience working in high‑functioning scrum teams.
