About the Group and Team:


The Transformation Office (TO) drives enterprise-wide operational excellence by leading process transformation initiatives, enhancing efficiency, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The OPEX team within TO acts as a strategic enabler, delivering value through process design, data-driven insights, and scalable improvement frameworks. Together, we collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and strengthen organizational capabilities. Our focus spans training, coaching, and program execution to build a high-performing, innovation-led ecosystem.


About the Role:


As an OPEX Senior Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving Operational Excellence initiatives through strong program execution, reporting and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, track progress, and provide data-driven insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement. The role includes contributing to the development of tools, templates and reporting frameworks, while supporting training, coaching, and enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives. You will act as a key enabler of OPEX programs by ensuring robust governance, clear communication, and adherence to standards, while proactively identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and enhancement. Additionally, you will strengthen the OPEX ecosystem by driving internal improvements, building capability, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.



Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities


  • Support Lean Six Sigma, Ideation, Kaizen and PDCA sessions along with workshops, stakeholder discussions and administrative activities (responding to emails, report preparation, dashboard etc.) to enable agreed process improvements and independently lead small process improvement initiatives
  • Support the creation of effective, user‑friendly training materials that enhance learning outcomes, drive adoption, and ensure consistency across OPEX initiatives
  • Contribute to OPEX program execution by supporting training, coaching, and transformation initiatives, while enhancing tools, templates, and frameworks to improve program adoption and effectiveness
  • Identify and execute small process improvement and automation opportunities by conducting quantitative and qualitative assessments to drive efficiency gains, enhance quality, and mitigate risks using Lean and continuous improvement frameworks
  • Maintain project documentation, action logs and standardized status reporting in line with OPEX standards

Skills Required to be Successful in this Role:


Experience


  • 5 -8 years of experience in process analysis or process improvement 
  • Strong capability in documenting meeting outcomes, action items, and creating executive-level presentations and documentation


Critical Thinking


  • Advanced analytical capability with strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex processes and workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend improvement solutions
  • Experience with process analysis and improvement methodologies


Communication / Soft Skills


  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage stakeholders across levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently and lead small initiatives
  • Confident in presenting information clearly and appropriately to varied audience

Technical Knowledge


  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Optix) and SharePoint/collaboration tools
  • Working knowledge of intelligent automation technologies and their use cases
  • Exposure to reporting automation tools (Power Automate, Excel Macros or equivalent) preferred
  • Power BI dashboard development knowledge considered an advantage

Qualifications:

  • Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
  • You have a track record of delivering high-quality work independently 
  • Knowledge of financial services industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
