What Makes You a Great Fit 2–3 years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or execution-focused roles.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as startups, consumer technology, logistics, fintech, healthtech, marketplaces, mobility, or similar industries.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into structured and actionable solutions.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive collaboration across multiple teams.
Strong ownership mindset with a track record of independently leading initiatives and delivering results.
Excellent project management and execution capabilities with strong attention to detail.
