* Familiarity with SF Personalization/ Interaction Studio to set up sitemaps and defines which elements on a web page are getting personalized/which data maps to which element
* Familiarity with JavaScript and web architecture for embedding the Evergage script and ensuring it fires properly on the page
* Familiarity with front end web HTML and CSS to ensure web templates created in MCP are displayed properly on the page
* Familiarity with Data Cloud and Data Extensions to publish/pull in data used for segments of any web personalization
* Experience coding HTML, XML, Javascript, Ampscript, plus a strong working knowledge of SQL query development and CSS structure
* Experience connecting CMS (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, other) platform content into marketing automation platform to enable personalization across channels at scale.
* Develop / Lead installation and configuration of WebSDK, creating sitemap blueprint, site config and content zones
* Develop reusable marketing content leveraging MCP templates aligning with content personalization strategies
* Architect personalization solutions leveraging SFMC platforms and tools to increase lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention
* Develop server-side java scripts adopting industry standard best practices
* Develop MCP unified customer profile from custom and standard attributes
* Create ETL scripts to enable impart of customer data
* Create / Lead creation of client-side handlebar js template scripts aligning with business
* Experience leveraging dynamic content to support A/B and multi-variate testing across digital and traditional channels
* Strong data processing, and data management skills, with proven ability to define and act upon data-driven insights

The Center of Acceleration for Marketing Automation delivers on our objectives by bringing to life client journeys across channels, building experiences that drive engagement, and streamline automation processes across B2B, B2C, and Nuveen audiences. Marketing Automation professionals are responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.
