-Mentors andsupervises team to monitor and maintain operating systems to ensure optimalinstallation and performance.
-Oversees theadministration of middleware products in environments.
-Ensureseffectiveness in driving the deployment, maintenance, and operation of internalapplications as needed.
-Monitorsregular administration and mentors team to conduct performance trend analysesand manage server capacity to ensure service performance meets and exceedsstandards.
-Oversees theapplication and knowledge-sharing of application monitoring tools to optimizeand ensure efficiency.

-Mentors team toleverage deep knowledge to support installing and configuring servers, cloudinfrastructure, and all software and environments.
-Oversees teamefforts to optimize system configurations and backups independently to ensurethe optimal performance and stability of the server infrastructure.
-Supervises andcoordinates hardware maintenance, auditing, installation, and provisioning,ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively.
-Leadscollaboration efforts with internal technical experts and third-party vendorsto resolve integration challenges.

-Guides team todrive administration of access privileges in the identity and access managementsystem, ensuring accurate and secure access to IT resources.
-Ensuresproactive monitoring and analysis of user activity in the identity and accessmanagement system and provides insights on system activity.
-Ensureseffective provisioning of access management systems.

-Guides team toproactively monitor the batch process to ensure updates are applied and ensuresany issues that arise are resolved.
-Oversees theuse of advanced batch management techniques using different work schedulers toconfigure jobs and job streams, define dependencies, and report jobperformance.
-Ensuresalignment of scheduling and budgets of batch monitoring services with ServiceLevel Agreements (SLA).

-Updates andimproves procedures to provide assurance that compute and storage devices aresecure.
-Guides team tosupport as needed to maintain privileged accounts/secrets integrity of systemsand compute and file system security for the compute and storage environment.
-Evaluates andprovides expertise on high-level service and infrastructure dashboards, takingthe lead in addressing identified anomalies.
-Directs andcoordinates the team to implement monthly, quarterly, or hotfix patches toaddress security vulnerabilities or bugs.

-Supervises teamthrough the end-to-end incident management lifecycle to ensure systems arestable, secure, and performing accurately.
-Coordinatesefforts to analyze and interpret incident-based data for team metrics and keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to identify patterns, root causes, and solutionsin system and network incidents.
-Providesmentorship in leading incident review meetings to ensure oversight foroperational performance and solution implementation.
-Overseespartnerships with third party vendors and cross-functional teams (e.g.,Development, Cloud Engineering, Product Engineering, other IT teams) to ensureeffective collaboration for implementation and/or resolution for high-severityincidents, risks, or migrations.
-Mentors team toinvestigate system issues and facilitate high-severity incident triage to driveincident resolution and prevention.
<spanstyle='font-family:"Oracle Sans Light",sans-serif'>Incident Management &Support – Escalation Cases:
-Supervises teamfor escalated support cases by ensuring collaboration with internal technicalteams and third party vendors to drive issue resolution for a wide range ofproduction environment problems (e.g., immense growth, scaling, leveraging thecloud, extremely high performance, high availability requirements).
<spanstyle='font-family:"Oracle Sans Light",sans-serif'>Incident Management &Support – Technical Support:
-Supervises teamin maintaining the production environment by guiding the review of system errorlogs and ticket queues, and coordinating consultations with other groupsinvolved in maintaining the environments.
-Alignsschedules to drive to ongoing technical support and service objectives.
-Overseesresolution of complex, critical customer system issues and ensuresdocumentation of technical solutions.
<spanstyle='font-family:"Oracle Sans Light",sans-serif'>Incident Management &Support – Backups and Disaster Recovery:
-Providesmentorship across teams to foster understanding systems to execute and supportbackup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
-Reviewsdisaster recovery drill plans to ensure preparedness and compliance.

-Overseescommunication of complex technical information to both technical andnontechnical personnel including senior management.
-Leads andcoordinates training programs to educate personnel.
-Guides team toserve as the technical liaison and provide domain-specific expertise tocross-organization projects, programs, and activities.

-Guides thecreation and maintenance of documentation on ticket updates, codecontributions, infrastructure, configurations, processes, and procedures (e.g.,Disaster Recovery plans, Standard Operating Procedures, Corrective andPreventative Action Plans).
-Reviews weeklyand monthly reports on system performance and incident progress to supportoperational and management outcomes, and advises on business impacts.
-Ensuresaccuracy of technical documentation in the area of standards and best practicesfor internal use.
