• Provide auditors with pre-audit risk assessments highlighting historical trends, repeat observations, systemic weaknesses, and emerging risks that warrant deeper audit focus.

• Support audits by rapidly analyzing data and contextualizing risk signals as new information emerges during audit execution enabling timely, data-driven decisions on audit scope adjustments, sampling depth, and escalation.

• Develop and maintain advanced analytics, KPIs, and trend analyses that identify systemic risks, repeat observations, and audit outcomes across regions and categories.

• Translate complex datasets into clear, audit-relevant insights that inform audit strategy and governance forums.

• Build and maintain risk-focused dashboards and reports that support audit planning, execution, and inspection readiness.

• Provide risk analytics and trending inputs to QAC leadership, auditors, and governance forums to support proactive mitigation and continuous improvement.

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and internal monitoring activities where advanced audit analytics are required.

Relevant Experience required

• 8+ years’ (3 yr minimum) experience in the life science industry.

• Demonstrated experience supporting quality audits, inspection‑facing quality functions, or general quality management system experience.

• Proven ability to convert complex datasets into defensible risk assessments and audit‑ready insights.

• Strong communication skills to translate analytics into clear risk‑based audit plans.

• Ability to operate effectively during ongoing audits and inspections across cultures and geographies.

• Proficiency in verbal and written English

• Proficiency in and knowledge of GSK specific systems (VQMS, VQD, Power BI, etc.), preferred.

• Advanced risk analytics and data visualization skills • strong regulatory compliance mindset with focus on risk justification and traceability

Educational background

• A higher education degree or equivalent experience demonstrates strong analytical capability and system proficiency.

• Proficient knowledge of relevant computer systems (VQMS, VQD, Power BI, etc.) and data analytics.
