What You Will Do:


  • Define program vision, delivery strategy, roadmaps, funding models, and success metrics
  • Drive cross‑program dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance
  • Ensure consistent delivery excellence, transparency, and value realization across all initiatives
  • Influence enterprise delivery standards, tooling, and operating models for AI/Data programs
  • Act as a Senior Agile Leader, overseeing multiple Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and delivery leads
  • Apply Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models based on program needs
  • Coach teams and leaders on Agile mindset, servant leadership, and outcome‑driven delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics (velocity, predictability, flow, quality)
  • Lead delivery of initiatives involving AI/ML, GenAI, Data Platforms, Analytics, and Cloud‑based solutions
  • Ensure strong governance across data quality, model lifecycle, MLOps, security, compliance, and Responsible AI
  • Translate complex AI/Data initiatives into clear execution plans and measurable business outcomes


What You Will Need:


  • 15+ years of experience in Program and Project Management, including Agile / Scrum leadership
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale AI and Data initiatives, managing end-to-end program budgets between USD $10M - $ 40M, and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams of 10 or more members to achieve business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑scale AI, Data, Analytics, or ML programs
  • Strong experience with scaled agile delivery and complex dependency management
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence
  • Strong financial, risk, and delivery governance acumen
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data ecosystems
  • Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, DataOps, and model governance practices
  • Experience operating in highly regulated or global enterprise environments
