Drive implementation and adoption of standardized procurement processes across category management, sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship management (SRM).
Translate global process designs into clear operating playbooks, SOPs, templates, and process maps for CoE execution.
Ensure consistent application of controls, compliance requirements, and documentation standards.

Identify efficiency and quality improvement opportunities using Lean / Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
Track and report core process KPIs, service performance metrics, and improvement outcomes.
Support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions to strengthen CoE performance and reliability.
Partner with procurement digital and analytics teams to ensure Bangalore CoE processes are digital‑ready and tool‑enabled.
Support definition and refinement of process requirements for sourcing, contracting, SRM, and analytics platforms.
Drive disciplined process adoption aligned to system capabilities and data standards.
Build, coach, and manage a Bangalore-based team of procurement analysts, process specialists, and SRM support resources.
