We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain (India Operations)

Tech First Gulf (TFG) is expanding, and we’re looking for a seasoned logistics leader to join our India team.

As one of the region’s fastest‑growing IT distributors, TFG operates across the Middle East, Africa, and India—partnering with global technology brands and delivering seamless supply‑chain excellence to thousands of customers. With our India operations scaling rapidly, we need a senior professional who can elevate our logistics backbone and drive operational efficiency across the country.

Role: Senior Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain (Pan‑India) / Location: Noida / Experience: 15+ years in logistics, warehousing, or supply‑chain with at least 5+ year in a large team leadership

What You’ll Own

• End‑to‑end management of logistics partners across India
  
• Oversight of warehousing operations, inventory accuracy, and process optimization
  
• Defining, monitoring, and enforcing SLAs with 3PLs and transport partners
  
• Driving cost efficiency for both inbound and outbound shipments
  
• Ensuring timely deliveries across a multi‑city distribution network
  
• Building scalable processes to support TFG’s growing India business
  
• Collaborating with sales, finance, and regional supply‑chain teams to streamline operations

• Strong experience managing 3PLs, transporters, and warehouse operations
  
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts, optimize freight costs, and improve service levels
  
• Deep understanding of India’s logistics landscape
  
• Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on operational leadership
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
