Leads logistics Engineering and Planning, Business Performance insights, SAP EWM and Network solutions activities across multiple facilities and functions to provide safe, leading industry technology, automation, and efficient global network solutions.




Responsibilities



  • Designing and optimizing logistics plans and processes to meet supply chain demands and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes MGPPs to address performance shortfalls and growth.  Knowledgeable of industry benchmarks, innovation, and trends in process and technology.
  • Managing a team of staff to evaluate and implement logistics programs and activities in compliance with related regulations for an organization. Responsible for developing a talent pipeline for practitioners, individual contributors, and the next generation of leaders. Able to effectively collaborate across the end-to-end value chain across multiple functional areas and disciplines.
  • Developing mechanisms and metrics to monitor P&L and forecast costs, savings and performance for all transportation modes. Understands the data available and the data missing to then develop a comprehensive future looking performance metrics and measurement plan aligned with strategy.
  • ASCM Certification Logistics Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) highly desired.

Supply Chain Management - MFG: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes.
 



Warehouse Management: Knowledge of the policies, processes and systems of warehouse management; ability to effectively manage one or more warehouses or distribution centers
