Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred

  • Own end-to-end performance of digital commerce strategy and drive growth for enterprise-level clients across industries
  • Deliver revenue growth by enhancing customer experience & optimizing conversion, engagement and retention
  • Manage the client CXOs, promoters, investors, and external partners
  • Drive strategic partnerships, vendor relationships, and ecosystem collaborations
  • Influence product and platform priorities impacting commerce and CX
  • Take high-stakes decisions and manage ambiguity and risk
  • Build, lead, and grow high-performing teams and long-term capabilities
