Senior/Lead AEM Developer-L04/L05

Must-Have Qualifications 

• Adobe Experience Manager certifications (EDS, Sites and Assets Developer Certifcates)
• 5+ years of AEM development experience
• 3+ AEM as a Cloud Service experience
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Minimum 2+ years in a Technical Lead or equivalent leadership role
• Proven experience in direct client communication and leading technical discussions
• Strong experience delivering AEM solutions in enterprise environments\

 Good to Have 

• AEM Architect Certificate
• Experience in Financial Services Domain

Key Responsibilities 

Technical Delivery 

• Lead the design and implementation of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Own module/component design aligned with overall platform architecture
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security across all implementations
• Oversee code quality through tools, reviews, and enforce engineering best practices
• Guide integration with APIs, third-party systems, and Adobe Experience Cloud
• Able to identify the root cause of critical bugs and provides proactive solutions

 Leadership & Mentorship 

• Lead a team of developers and coordinate delivery across workstreams
• Mentor and coach developers on technical and professional growth
• Drive accountability, ownership, and engineering excellence within the team
• Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation efforts

 Collaboration & Stakeholder Management 

• Act as the primary technical interface for client stakeholders
• Lead solution discussions, communicate trade-offs, and align on decisions
• Partner with cross-functional teams (architecture, product, design, delivery)

 Quality, Risk & Compliance 

• Establish robust testing strategies (functional, integration, performance)
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
• Maintain compliance with enterprise governance and development standards
