In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire and delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities To provide quality day-to-day production support for Java/Web-based in-house application. To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities. To manage implementations of new application releases, adhering to the best practices of the release management process. To work with various partners, such as peer application teams, infrastructure, vendors, security, and change teams, to provide seamless support for the business. To manage production issues by responding in a timely manner in accordance with the service level agreement with the business. To enhance the existing support process to maintain/improve service level & quality. Adopting application support in SRE approach. Skills Must have 5 to 6 years of working in an Application Level 2 UAT and Production Support Environment with Shell scripting, SQL, UNIX, and Linux Conduct RCA for incidents received for failures or from users Liaise with L3, SME, and TDAP BAU TL to ensure the resolution of a production incident Deploy BAU requests Management/ coordination of production defects, including cases where program changes are required Work on Data movement requests for lower environments (PROD to UAT, PROD to QA) or QA to PROD With a keen interest in providing high service quality and familiar with the demand of a 24x7 support environment Nice to have Experience in application implementation projects in financial institutions would be advantageous.
