Project description Luxoft is one of the leading service provider for Banking and Capital Market customers. Luxoft has been engaged by an large Australian bank for providing L1/L2 Application Monitoring and Production Support services for business critical applications and interfaces on 24/5 basis on a managed outcome basis in the Global Markets business area. We are looking for motivated individuals who have relevant skills & experience and are willing to work in shifts. Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). Monitoring & Incident Management: Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure the health of production environments, resolve incidents, and provide root cause analysis. Automation & DevOps: Automate repetitive tasks using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK. Develop scripts and processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve overall system performance. Security & Compliance: Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to industry security standards, monitor for vulnerabilities, and implement security best practices (IAM, VPC, encryption, etc.). Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of software into cloud environments, following CI/CD best practices. Disaster Recovery & Backup: Design and implement disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and failover mechanisms for cloud services. Capacity Planning: Forecast and plan for future infrastructure needs based on usage patterns and business requirements. Skills Must have Experience: 4+ years in a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Infrastructure role. AWS Expertise: Proficiency in AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and VPC. Automation Tools: Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, and Ansible. Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation. Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, ITRS, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Datadog, etc. Version Control & CI/CD: Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Codefresh, Jenkins, GitHub actions). Security Best Practices: Understanding of security concepts and best practices, including network security, IAM policies, and data encryption. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause identification and resolution. Nice to have Knowledge of working with Murex upstream and downstream interfaces (bespoke & 3rd party applications) Good to have automation shell scripting, ITRS, Splunk automation tools Other Languages English: B2 Upper Intermediate Seniority Senior
