We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled IBM OpenPages GRC Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining IBM OpenPages solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This role requires a strong understanding of GRC principles, exceptional technical proficiency in OpenPages and related technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Design & Customization:Design, configure, and customize IBM OpenPages solutions, including the development of object models, workflows, helpers, triggers, and reports to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integration Development:Develop and maintain robust integrations between IBM OpenPages and other critical enterprise systems utilizing APIs, data feeds, and various integration technologies.
  • Reporting & Dashboarding:Create and manage complex reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics within the OpenPages environment, providing actionable insights into GRC data.
  • Technical Support & Maintenance:Provide comprehensive technical support for the OpenPages platform, including troubleshooting issues, managing user access, performing routine system maintenance, and planning for platform upgrades.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders from Risk, Compliance, Audit, and other departments to thoroughly understand their needs and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
Qualifications
  • Experience:8+ years of hands-on experience with the IBM OpenPages GRC platform.
  • OpenPages Proficiency:Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing OpenPages, including object types, profiles, field groups, workflows, and security rules.
  • Custom Development:Strong experience in developing custom solutions using Java/J2EE (JSPs, Servlets) for OpenPages helpers and utilities.
  • Cognos Analytics Expertise:Proven experience with IBM Cognos Analytics for creating detailed reports, dashboards, and data models within the OpenPages framework.
  • Database Skills:Solid understanding of database concepts and proficiency in SQL (preferably with Oracle).
  • GRC Knowledge:In-depth understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and how they apply within a financial institution.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team Player:Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
