Experian, Hyderabad is looking for a best-in-class Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and align talent priorities with organizational objectives. You will collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence to leverage expertise in areas such as Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership Programs, ensuring integrated and impactful HR solutions.


Senior HR Business Partner will operate within a complex, global matrix environment, and partner with people leaders across multiple regions to implement people strategies that support business priorities and enhance employee experience.


Areas of focus for this position


  • Execute people strategies that inspire talent, capability and engagement.
  • Work closely with People Leaders to understand  business goals and develop HR initiatives that support these aims.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring leaders and employees are well-supported through transitions and transformation initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. 
  • Acting as a liaison between HR and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented.
  • Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that HR initiatives support overall business performance.
  • Reports to HR Director, Experian Hyderabad

  • MBA or equivalent degree with 8+ years of HR Experience
  • Experience balancing strategic input with hands-on execution 
  • Proven success in a matrixed environment with cross-border teams and Global Development center model
  • Demonstrates outstanding teamwork, people first approach, caring about our reputation and priorities 
  • Brings a mindset of continuous improvement, simplification, and focus
