Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert or senior domain professional in the Airline Industry, with strong specialization in Crew Management. The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on knowledge of airline operations with a strong focus on crew planning, tracking, compliance, and regulatory constraints. The SME will serve as the authoritative source of airline and crew management domain knowledge, providing guidance and validation to Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technical teams to ensure solutions accurately reflect real-world airline operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide deep domain expertise in airline crew management processes including: o Crew planning and pairing o Crew tracking and real-time operations o Crew qualifications, training, and certifications o Fatigue management and regulatory compliance • Act as the primary domain advisor for airline crew-related initiatives, ensuring functional accuracy and operational feasibility. • Review and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories from a crew operations and airline compliance perspective. • Ensure solutions align with airline operational realities, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. • Work closely with Business Analysts to clarify complex domain scenarios and edge cases. • Support the AI-driven Java cloud development team by explaining airline crew logic, constraints, and dependencies in a clear and actionable manner. • Participate in solution design discussions to identify domain risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities. • Provide inputs during UAT, operational readiness, and production rollout to ensure business correctness. • Assist in resolving domain-related issues during development and post-implementation phases
