We are looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Engineer to help lead the development of our internal CRM, operational systems, automation workflows, and business platforms.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role.
The ideal candidate will be able to both build directly and guide the development team on system architecture, backend structure, integrations, workflows, and scalable development practices.
We are not looking for a basic ticket-based developer.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build scalable operational systems, take ownership, and bring technical structure to a fast-moving development environment.
This role will work closely with leadership, business analysts, operations teams, and developers to improve internal platforms used across sales, scheduling, project management, reporting, service operations, and automation.
Key Responsibilities ● Lead and execute full stack development for internal CRM and operational platforms ● Build, review, and maintain scalable backend systems and database structures ● Design and manage APIs, integrations, automations, and workflow logic ● Convert business processes into technical systems with support from analysts and operations teams ● Guide junior developers on technical execution, structure, and best practices ● Review AI-assisted development output for code quality, scalability, and maintainability ● Improve system organization, performance, security, and reliability ● Participate in technical planning, architecture decisions, and workflow design ● Troubleshoot complex backend, frontend, database, and integration issues ● Take ownership of technical execution and delivery Required Skills & Experience ● Strong full stack development experience ● Strong backend development and database knowledge ● Experience building CRM systems, internal tools, or operational platforms ● Experience with APIs, integrations, authentication systems, and automation workflows ● Strong understanding of system logic, workflows, and data relationships ● Experience with modern frontend and backend technologies ● Experience with SQL and database management ● Ability to work independently and lead technical execution ● Strong problem-solving and communication skills ● Comfortable working in a fast-moving AI-assisted development environment Preferred Experience ● Startup or high-ownership environment experience ● Experience leading or mentoring developers ● Experience building workflow-heavy operational systems ● Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments ● Experience using AI development tools to improve speed and productivity ● Strong understanding of scalable system design and maintainability ● Experience with reporting, dashboards, scheduling systems, or project management tools What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: ● Can both lead and execute development work ● Thinks in systems, workflows, and operational logic ● Has strong backend and architecture understanding ● Can guide junior developers and improve technical direction ● Takes ownership of technical outcomes ● Can move fast while maintaining quality and structure ● Understands how to work efficiently with AI-assisted development tools ● Can translate messy business processes into clean technical systems
