  • Strong hands-on leadership on the production floor, driving execution, resolving scheduling constraints, and ensuring accurate performance tracking

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, driving end-to-end operational performance and execution excellence

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and drive corrective actions in dynamic environments

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to effectively operate in a global, multicultural environment across multiple time zones

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • An analytical, highly dedicated, and self-motivated professional with outstanding attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and a proven track record of execution excellence

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking

  • Proven experience using AI tools for report generation, data analysis, and workflow automation, contributing to improved efficiency, productivity, and decision-making
