About the Role
This role is responsible for driving Morningstar India’s talent development agenda with a strong focus on Early Career, High Potential, and Emerging Leader populations. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, and global counterparts to design and deliver structured development programs, enable career progression, and ensure a consistent, inclusive, and future‑ready talent pipeline aligned to business and organizational strategy.
