Job Title: Senior Executive - Client Servicing (Account Management)



Location: Bengaluru



Experience: 1-3 years of work experience within Mainline or Digital agencies is mandatory (Experience from other industries will not be considered for this position)




Role Summary



We are looking for an energetic and detail‑orientedSenior Executive – Client Servicingto join our dentsu Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience inmainline advertising, client coordination, and seamless campaign execution. This role demands excellent communication, a solutions mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery across all brand requirements.




Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and efficient execution.



  • Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, and business challenges to deliver relevant solutions.



  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive support and credible problem‑solving.



  • Support the planning and execution ofmainline campaigns, including TV, Print, Radio, OOH, and integrated brand initiatives.



  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure high‑quality output.



  • Manage timelines, approvals, and feedback loops to ensure smooth delivery of all campaign assets.



  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to brief and track creative work.



  • Maintain project documentation such as timelines, status reports, and WIP trackers.



  • Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all deliverables.



  • Assist in preparing decks, presentations, and campaign reports.



  • Monitor competitive activity and conduct basic market research when required.



  • Support the team on pitches, new briefs, and internal planning.




Key Skills & Qualifications



  • 1–3 years of experience inclient servicing/account management, preferably in an advertising agency.



  • Strong understanding ofmainline advertising(Print, TVC, OOH, Radio).



  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.



  • Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.



  • Good understanding of creative processes and production workflows.



  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
