About the role

AI & Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications.

  
  

• Build LLM-based solutions, AI assistants, and workflow automation applications.

  
  

• Develop APIs and backend services using Python.

  
  

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

  
  

• Deploy AI solutions using Azure, AWS, or GCP services.

  
  

• Support integration of AI applications with enterprise platforms.

  
  

• Develop and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

  
  

• Work with structured and unstructured data to support AI applications.

  
  

• Build and maintain data pipelines and model deployment workflows.

  
  

• Monitor model performance and support continuous improvements.

  
  

• Work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver AI solutions.

  
  

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

  
  

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and engineering best practices.

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in designing experiments, preparing hypotheses to be tested, and developing models.

  
  

• May conduct data analysis and design algorithms.

  
  

• May communicate with team to identify business requirements and expected oCarrierome.

  
  

• Develops suggestions of products for clients by working with business analysts.

  
  

• Participates in selecting relevant sources of information through suggestions of subject matter experts.

  
  

• Participates in identifying client analytics problems and developing solutions to achieve results.

  
  

• May perform experimental design approaches to validate findings.

  
  

• Identifies appropriate algorithms to discover patterns.

  
  

• Responsible for making minor changes or enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of work area.

  
  

Requirements

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
