Job Purpose We are seeking a skilled and experienced Domain Manger with a strong background in Wireless LAN (WLC) and Wi-Fi technologies, preferably with hands-on experience in the banking domain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable wireless network solutions across banking infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade WLC and Wi-Fi networks.
• Perform site surveys, capacity planning, and RF optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues.
• Ensure network security compliance with banking standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support branch and data center connectivity.
• Monitor network performance and generate reports for analysis and improvement.
• Implement and manage Cisco/Meraki/Aruba wireless solutions.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in audits and ensure adherence to banking IT policies.
Key Decisions / Dimensions • WLC , Wi-Fi Policies Major Challenges • Uptime, Performance & compliance check for WLC and Wi-Fi Required Qualifications and Experience a) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
b) Work Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in WLC and Wi-Fi technologies.
Experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers, Meraki, or Aruba solutions.
Familiarity with banking infrastructure, compliance, and security requirements.
Proficiency in network monitoring tools Knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
Strong understanding of 802.
11 standards, RF fundamentals, and wireless security protocols.
Certifications such as CCNP Wireless, CWNA, CWNP are a plus.
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and secure access models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
