Summary:
This product leader is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic vision and innovative product roadmap for Illustrator, Adobe’s flagship graphic design product and a global leader in creativity. You will champion a culture of innovation, revolutionize the world of design, and set the gold standard for design products to drive Illustrator growth as creative workflows are being fundamentally reshaped by AI and agentic workflows.



The successful candidate will coordinate all facets of Illustrator product and services strategy, roadmap, and integrations across Creative Cloud. You will build high-quality experiences and production services grounded in creative expression, precision, and craft, translating advances in technology into meaningful user value. You will partner closely with engineering, develop, research, and market launch teams to bring these to life with quality and at scale. There will be a strong focus on understanding the market and competitors, identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement and retention, and using product-led growth and data-driven strategies. You will lead a strong product team to deliver user-centric innovation in products and services at scale.

Your role is to shape this evolution, driving category-defining experiences and unlocking new avenues for adoption, engagement, and impact.



What you'll Do:



A suitable candidate will bring a strong track record of defining and delivering high-impact products and experiences across Desktop, Web, and iPad along with a clear point of view on how creative workflows are evolving. You will operate effectively in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment and lead through influence to drive meaningful impact.



• Set product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and drive alignment with senior leadership across the organization.


• Create delightful product experiences that serve high-value user needs.
• Integrate intelligent assistance and agentic capabilities into key user journeys to meaningfully expand creative possibilities and efficiency
• Define and drive success and growth through clear metrics, experimentation, and evaluation frameworks, enabling continuous learning and iteration.
• Partner with engineering, design, research, and product marketing to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned to customer and business value.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, setting the standard on product thinking, execution, and impact.


What you need to succeed:



• Proven product management leadership experience, including leading diverse teams of product managers on industry-leading product and platform environments.
• Strong track record of creating compelling product vision, roadmap and delivering high-impact, delightful, customer-centric products with attention to craft, usability, and performance.
• Rich experience with AI-infused products, including generative AI, and a deep understanding of their impact on user workflows, quality, and evaluation.
• Proven ability to drive product growth through metrics, experimentation, and data-informed decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to partner deeply with engineering, design, marketing, and research to deliver end-to-end experiences.
