  • Strong grounding in analytics, data engineering, platform architecture, and cloud ecosystems

  • Working knowledge of advanced analytics capabilities as features embedded within modern analytics platforms including automation‑ and AI‑assisted features where applicable

  • Experience designing and evolving platforms rather than building custom applications

Leadership and Change Skills

  • Executive stakeholder leadership with ability to translate analytics platform capabilities into business value

  • Proven track record driving enterprise change in complex, regulated environments

  • Strong vendor, partner, and ecosystem management experience

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences, including GxP‑regulated environments, with strong pharmaceutical domain knowledge across the end‑to‑end enterprise value chain

  • Proven track record operating across complex global enterprise IT landscapes, driving large‑scale business and technology transformation, including through India‑based Global Capability Centers (GCCs)

  • Strong leadership in vendor and stakeholder management, balancing demand with sustainable financial and delivery models, and leading high‑performing, globally distributed teams in matrix organizations
