Job Responsibilities
Own and maintain a single, prioritized product backlog aligned with business goals.
Ensure clarity of features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning and review sessions with agile teams.
Monitor sprint progress, resolve blockers, and validate deliverables against the Definition of Done.
Build alignment with key stakeholders and manage expectations.
Track product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Make data informed decisions using customer feedback, usage analytics and business metrics.
Identify risks, dependencies and trade offs and proactively drive resolution.
Continuously improving product processes and ways of working.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5-8+ years in product management
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the product, market, and user base.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Agile Methodology: In-depth knowledge of Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and market trends to prioritize the product backlog efficiently
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related fields from top tier colleges. An MBA or Master’s in Product Management is considered a plus.
