What you'll Build


CAM Administration


  • Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege models across SAP Cloud portfolio for security and compliance.
  • Analyse requirements from product teams and design, create and maintain CAM profiles and configurations to ensure well-governed privileged access to cloud systems.
  • Monitor access activities, analyze anomalies, and support incident investigation and resolution.
  • Oversee access and system alerts, manage incidents end-to-end starting from initial analysis, and assist with recovery or rollback of access and operational configurations.

DevOps for ABAP Cloud– Upgrades & Updates


  •  Monitor and maintain system health, performance, and availability across global ABAP Cloud tenants.
  • Manage incidents end-to-end, including initial root-cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholder teams for resolution.
  • Execute upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management activities following established runbooks and operational guidelines.
  • Support tenant provisioning, deprovisioning, and recovery or rollback activities as needed.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts and operational tools using Python, Jenkins, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to support deployments, integrations, and operational readiness for ABAP-based cloud applications.
  • Contribute to operational documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in shift rotations, including US shift hours, to support global operations and customer needs.


What you will bring


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in access management, system administration, cloud operations, or similar technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of privileged access, IAM concepts, RBAC, and operational governance
  • Hands-on experience with administrative or IAM tools (Cloud Access Manager, Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, or similar).
  • Strong experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Exposure to scripting and automation tools like Python, Shell, Jenkins, etc.
  • Working knowledge of monitoring frameworks like Grafana.
  • Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross‑functional teams.
  • Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Nice to have: Experience working with SAP BTP and/or ABAP Cloud environment.
