This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time You will be responsible for overseeing the visual and content identity across all platforms, from Instagram to product photography, and from brand guidelines to campaign development.
This role is not limited to execution alone.
We seek someone who can participate in a brand strategy meeting in the morning and produce a reel brief by the afternoon.
You will collaborate closely with the founders and serve as the creative force shaping how the company is perceived and experienced by the world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Establish and uphold the brand's visual language, including color schemes, typography, tone, photography style, and reel aesthetics.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm and plan content for Instagram, the website, and emerging channels, managing calendars, briefs, and final deliverables.
Coordinate and direct photo shoots (product, model, lifestyle), working from mood boards and being present on set.
Create designs for all brand touchpoints such as social media assets, email templates, packaging inserts, and offline marketing materials.
Analyze performance metrics to understand what works and why, and make iterative improvements focusing on both aesthetics and conversion rates.
Work together with operations and retail teams on seasonal campaigns and in-person activations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2 to 5 years of experience in brand design, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer sectors.
A strong portfolio demonstrating not only visual creativity but also conceptual thinking beyond mere execution.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent); experience with CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools for reels is a plus.
A keen understanding of the activewear and wellness aesthetic, with the ability to innovate rather than follow trends—essentially, a true tastemaker.
Comfortable working independently without a large team; you will often operate as the sole designer.
A quirky sensibility paired with practical execution skills, and no hesitation to get hands-on when needed.
