You are the technical backbone of their physical retail presence, serving as the bridge between creative vision and structural reality.
You lead the technical production and adaptation of New Product Introduction (NPI) assets and seasonal campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint is meticulously localised, print-ready, and brand-compliant.
You act as the guardian of technical integrity, possessing the design agility to execute complex, in-house adaptations that accommodate sudden shifts in product strategy or pricing.
You ensure that regardless of the pace of change, the brand's physical execution remains premium, precise, and perfectly aligned with global standards.
This role requires you to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.
m. IST. Role:  NPI & Sustain Asset Management: Lead the adaptation of 2D retail assets for product launches and sustain phases.
Create and distribute region-led master templates that local markets can easily adapt, ensuring speed and consistency.
  Bespoke campaign conceptualisation: Conceptualise and design bespoke seasonal or sustainable campaigns that resonate with regional audiences across both offline print and online channels.
Regional Retail Playbook & Guidelines: Help build and enhance the regional retail creative playbook and guidelines, and propose new innovative CX ideas that fit regional needs Technical Production & Colour Mastery: Act as the technical authority on physical production.
Manage complex print specifications, review physical proofs (G7 certified technical proofs) for colour accuracy, and advise on material substrates to ensure premium execution in 1P and 3P environments.
Own the colourproofing program in APAC to ensure quality print production in APAC 3P channels.
Retail Audits: Review prototypes and first-off-production samples to ensure colour accuracy and material quality meet brand standards.
Creative Brand Guardian: Safeguard our retail brand by reviewing local markets and partners’ creative execution; providing guidance on improving creatives based on global brand standards.
  AI & Innovation Leadership in Creative: Pioneer the use of AI tools for creative strategy and production.
Champion and implement new AI tools, set up AI-centred creative workflows for predictive visual analytics (testing concepts before production), automated asset variation, and personalised content generation to increase relevance at scale.
You: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Experience: 6+ years in graphic design with a heavy specialisation in Print Production or Pre-Press.
Experience in a retail studio or production house is highly valued.
Technical Expertise: You have a deep understanding of the differences between RGB and CMYK.
You understand ink limits, bleeds, die-lines, and large-format printing constraints.
Digital Fluency: While print is your expertise, you are proficient in digital design standards (HTML5 banner specs, social media ratios) to support omnichannel adaptation.
Tools: Absolute mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Familiarity with Figma is highly preferred.
Detail-Oriented: You have an eagle eye for typos, alignment issues, and brand guideline violations.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
