Job Description:


3M is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Auditor to lead and execute moderate‑ to high‑risk audits across our APAC and global operations. This role provides broad exposure to 3M’s businesses, processes, and functions while offering close partnering with leadership team. The Senior Corporate Auditor will play a key role in delivering high‑quality audit work, strengthening internal controls, and supporting the execution of Corporate Audit’s global vision and strategies. This position offers a dynamic, team‑focused environment with significant opportunities for professional development and international experience.


Responsibilities


  • Lead and collaborate with audit teams to conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits in a fast‑paced, learning‑focused environment.
  • Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls and evaluate compliance with applicable 3M policies and procedures, laws and regulations.
  • Identify audit issues, analyze root causes, and provide practical recommendations to improve processes and controls.
  • Prepare audit findings and present results to business and functional leaders.
  • Ensure that management action plans are developed, sustainable, and implemented within agreed timelines.
  • Produce complete and well‑documented work papers supporting audit conclusions.
  • Participate in global and regional initiatives to enhance Corporate Audit methodologies and processes.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of five years of audit experience, preferably in manufacturing and with Big Four exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes, internal controls and auditing practices.
  • Ability to understand the company’s systems, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated project management, critical thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Confident communicator with experience in presenting to senior management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in an Asian language (such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 30% across APAC and global locations.
  • Experience with SAP ERP is an advantage.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA and CIA are preferred.

Work Location:


  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to BGC, Taguig at least 4 days per week)


  • With international travels up to 30% across APAC and global locations
