We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Process Analyst - Securities Services.



In this role, you will:



  • This position is responsible for Business Analysis aspect of projects under Product Solutions, from initiation to delivery, working with Project/ Program Manager, Work stream leads and other Product Solutions.
  • The Senior Business Analyst’s change management activities span from early change planning and audience analysis; through to designing and delivering change interventions (e.g. communications, training, support, organization alignment); and tracking and taking actions on change readiness, adoption, and feedback.
  • Senior Business Analysts are also responsible for Implementation Management, including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation of the change ‘product’, focusing on accelerating benefits and minimizing risk during deployment. Implementation activities will also include managing implementation readiness and supporting the management of an implementation.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artefacts as needed
  • Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required
  • Work independently and with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
  • Drive and challenge business unit and customers on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
  • Leverage strong analytical and product management skills required to gain a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into applicable operational requirements

To be successful you will:



  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles or equivalent experience in large scale operational change
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic business insight to understand complex challenges and facilitate workable solutions.
  • Proficient in Impact Assessment/Gap Analysis, Business Requirements gathering, Process Mapping and Process Design
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interfacing with both business and IT stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to demonstrate what is important in ensuring successful delivery of projects across various phases and the ability to flex your approach to the different challenges faced.
  • Exposure to different project/portfolio types/clients – ideally with experience of complex business and IT transformation.
  • Hands on knowledge of using project management tools (e.g – Visio, Project Planner, JIRA, Confluence, Opex, Six Sigma etc).
