  • Ecolab is seeking a Senior SAP EHS IT Business Process Analyst to work on the Tier 2 SAP Support team.  In this role you will work with users to address tickets that may involve functional configuration, troubleshooting, data correction and/or end user training. You will be responsible for providing guidance to other Tier 2 resources. You will also be responsible for addressing end-user tickets to meet Service Levels, standard monitoring activities, working with users to gain clarification on issues and understand requirements, coordination of user acceptance testing, documentation and ownership of the tasks required to move changes into production.

What You Will Do:



  • Work as a senior member of the SAP EHS support team.
  • Under general direction, has duty of coordinating, directing, and checking the work of other business systems within the SAP EHS support team.
  • Work closely with business users to identify requirements and solutions.
  • Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identify best practice solutions and opportunities for improvements.
  • Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.
  • Coordinate collaboration between the business users, other support teams and the technical team to ensure seamless support to the customer.
  • Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • 7-12 years of experience with SAP ECC EHS configuration and testing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or related discipline.
  • 7-12 years of experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT.
  • Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience directly within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
  • Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
  • Experience with IDOC’s and Integrations.
  • Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
  • Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
  • Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge.
