Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics Team, reporting to the Group Director of Business Intelligence and Customer Master Data. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will serve as a key bridge between raw data and actionable business insights while partnering with stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver high-impact analytics products. A working knowledge of finance and experience training end-users on BI tools and reports are strong assets in this role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support strategic and operational decision-making.

  
  

• Collaborate closely with BI data engineers to source, validate, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.

  
  

• Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations) to gather and translate requirements into effective, scalable BI solutions that address real business challenges.

  
  

• Ensure data visualizations are accurate, intuitive, and actionable — enabling users at every level to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data.

  
  

• Provide hands-on support to end-users in accessing, navigating, and interpreting BI outputs, acting as a trusted analytics advisor.

  
  

• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation to upskill business users on dashboards, self-service reporting, and data literacy.

  
  

• Continuously evaluate and improve existing BI products based on user feedback, emerging best practices, and evolving business needs.

  
  

• Document reporting processes, metric definitions, and dashboard logic to support consistency

  
  

Requirements:

• Any Graduation or Post Graduation

  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI development, data analytics, or reporting roles.

  
  

• Strong proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard design, calculated fields, and data source management.

  
  

• Experience working with SQL and relational databases to extract and manipulate data.

  
  

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.

  
  

• Strong communication skills — able to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  
  

• Experience developing training materials or conducting workshops to enable end-user adoption of BI tools and reports.

  
  

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage competing priorities.

  
  

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives without close supervision.

  
  

• Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies in a BI or analytics environment.

  
  

• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) in a reporting or analytics context is a strong plus.

  
  

• Working knowledge of financial concepts and ability to build finance-oriented reports and dashboards is a strong plus.

  
  

• Working knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., dbt, Snowflake) is a plus.

  
  

• Nice to have: Experience with enterprise communications business data.

  
  

• Nice to have: Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP or SAP BW.

  
  

• Nice to have: Exposure to master data management (MDM) principles and customer data domains.

  
  

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics
