  • Translate high-level strategies into actionable delivery plans and solution requirements.
  • Act as a key liaison between business, technology, operations, and risk functions.
  • Responsible for ensuring UAT strategy, testing governance, and adoption readiness across stakeholder groups.
  • Take measures to influence decision-making by providing thought leadership, data-driven insights, and scenario analysis.
  • Responsible for ensuring alignment of change initiatives with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and control standards.

To be successful you will:

  • Deep experience in business analysis within financial services, ideally across multiple domains (e.g., Security Services product or operations, digital banking, regulatory change, payments, wealth, credit risk)
  • Strong command of transformation methodologies (Agile, design thinking, process re-engineering).
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, process modelling, and complex problem-solving.
  • Understanding of target operating model design, benefits realization, and strategic change frameworks.
  • High proficiency with analysis and documentation tools (Visio, BPMN, JIRA, Confluence, data visualization tools).
  • Foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams and global/regional partners.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and challenging traditional ways of working.
