Job description

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Einstein Analytics, and TabNext
  • Translate complex business and data requirements into intuitive, user-friendly visualizations and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure visualization-ready datasets and effective upstream data modelling
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions
  • Manage visualization projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering and wireframing to development, testing, deployment, and support
  • Ensure high-quality, performant, and scalable dashboards aligned with organizational visualization standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, data definitions, and lineage documentation for reporting assets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve visualization, reporting, and data pipeline issues within agreed SLAs
  • Support data governance initiatives including data integrity checks, access control adherence, and audit readiness
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support and exploratory data analysis to business stakeholders as required
  • Conduct periodic reviews and enhancements of existing dashboards to improve usability, accuracy, and performance
  • Track and report sprint deliverables, task completion, and velocity metrics
Required Skills
  • Must have minimum 6+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Strong experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Einstein Analytics, Tableau Next
  • Solid understanding of data visualization best practices, dashboard performance optimization, and UX principles
  • Strong Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data platforms and pipelines
  • Experience working with data engineering teams and understanding of data modelling concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and access management principles
