What you will do:


Amgen is advancing a bold and innovative talent strategy to support our mission to serve patients. As part of this evolution, we are investing in a newly created Talent Intelligence capability within our Global Talent Acquisition function.


We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Talent Intelligence, to help operationalize and scale this new capability. You will support the foundational delivery of research, data gathering, reporting, and CRM operations that drive actionable workforce insights across the globe. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is excited to contribute to high-impact, enterprise-level talent programs.


Key Responsibilities Include:


  • Talent Research Execution: Conduct structured research and data pulls to support executive talent mapping, skills benchmarking, and market insights using platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Workday, and TalentNeuron.
  • Labor Market Insights Support: Compile and maintain datasets on skills availability, competitive hiring landscapes, and geographic workforce trends.
  • CRM Operations: Support tagging, segmentation, and reporting within our CRM (e.g., Eightfold) to ensure talent pipelines are actionable, organized, and aligned with business needs.
  • Candidate & Market Profiling: Develop candidate summaries, industry org charts, and executive profiles to feed into strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Partner with the Talent Intelligence Lead and other stakeholders to prepare recurring reports and dashboards that reflect key talent intelligence metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, TA Operations, and other partners to ensure seamless integration of research into hiring and pipelining workflows.
  • Process Documentation & Optimization: Maintain documentation of research methods, data sources, and tagging strategies to ensure repeatable, scalable operations.
  • Technology Enablement: Leverage internal platforms and external tools to ensure efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement in research and intelligence processes.

What we expect from you:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5 -8years of experience in talent sourcing, research, talent acquisition operations, or HR analytics.
  • Familiarity with talent research tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, TalentNeuron, CRM/ATS platforms such as Workday or Eightfold).
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple research requests with precision and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A curious, collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute to a new and growing capability.
