This role is part of one of the organization’s largest digital transformation initiatives, focused on building next-generation solutions using Adobe Workfront, custom SaaS applications, and Azure-based microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, Azure cloud technologies, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with global teams across the Publicis ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core and C#. 2. Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following software engineering best practices. 3. Drive software development through Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing. 4. Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. 5. Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technical approaches and business requirements. 6. Build and enhance user-facing applications and client interfaces. 7. Participate in solution design and architecture discussions within a microservices-based ecosystem. 8. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders. 9. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. 10. Stay current with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices. Must-Have Skills: 11. 8–12 years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in C# and .NET Core. 12. Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. 13. Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks. 14. Expert understanding of SOLID principles and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). 15. Strong knowledge of Design Patterns and Enterprise Application Architecture. 16. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native development. 17. Experience working with REST APIs, gRPC, and modern integration patterns. 18. Experience working within Microservices Architecture. 19. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery practices. 20. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 21. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in global teams. Good-to-Have Skills: 22. Experience with Adobe Workfront integrations and enterprise SaaS platforms. 23. Knowledge of additional Object-Oriented programming languages such as Java or C++. 24. Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development technologies. 25. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Azure DevOps. 26. Experience working with large-scale enterprise transformation programs. Skills & Qualifications: • 8–12 years of software engineering experience with strong .NET development expertise. • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using C# .NET Core. • Strong experience in Azure cloud development and distributed systems. • Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications. • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and gRPC services. • Ability to work in Agile, collaborative, and fast-paced environments. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
