Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Product Analyst who can turn discussions into actionable insights to drive product decisions. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. In this role, the candidate will support product owners with requirement analysis, user story refinement, testing support, feature implementation, stakeholder management, and more. It will be important for the candidate to develop a deep understanding of ESS business processes to effectively support various stakeholders that use the platform.
The primary platform being supported (but not limited to) is ServiceNow, which is used as an intake portal for colleagues needing to engage a third party vendor.
