The Platforms and Capabilities team within Global Risk and Compliance (GRC) is responsible for building and implementing leading-edge platforms and solutions for risk management. We are seeking a Sr. Associate Digital Product Manager to support the evolution of next-generation enterprise Risk Management products. This role will focus on launching and enhancing our Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform. The Sr. Associate Product Manager will support day-to-day product execution, agile team collaboration, and product lifecycle management. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort working with both technology and business stakeholders. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement are key to success.
In this role, you’ll support user journey mapping, help define key features, and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience. You will gather user feedback, drive iterative enhancements, and support scrum teams in building platform components with real business impact. You’ll also play a key role in organizing platform content, managing technical documentation, and tracking key product metrics. The ideal candidate is collaborative, eager to learn, and committed to bringing simplicity to complex problems.
