Senior Associate, Data Analysis & Visualization

Summary of Position:

Manage the design, development, and operation of global Business Intelligence solutions in alignment with the ERP design and architectural standards, while meeting quality, performance, and security/business requirements. Senior Associate, Data Analysis & Visualization will provide technical expertise in SAP Analytics space and contribute to develop new solutions.

Senior Associate, Data Analysis & Visualization will provide technical expertise in SAP Analytics space and contribute to develop or maintain new solutions.

Essential Job Functions

• Contribute to the design, development, delivery and maintenance of SAP Analytics solutions
• Design & develop data models and reports SAP BDC (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC Planning)
• Contribute to standardize design and development processes
• Liaise with other IT technical/functional/business/data teams.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

• 4+ years in business consultancy and SAP implementation in an international environment
• Hands-on experience in SAP BDC (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC Planning), SAP BW on HANA, and HANA application development including report development.
• Strong knowledge of HANA SQL, ABAP
• Knowledge of Analytical tools (Analysis for Office, Tableau, Power BI)
• Proven experience in SAP implementations, detailed process analysis and design, system architecture, technology standards, CSV, GXP and SOX requirements 
• Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships
• Good knowledge of ERP project methodology and compliance requirements in the Medical Devices industry and data in the area of responsibility
• Experience in working in international environment with global cross-cultural teams.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/technical (or adequate equivalent) and SAP knowledge in specified module(s)/process areas 
• 4-6 years of applicable experience
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.

Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
